The dress is entirely built with underwear recovered from a Caritas Centre (a catholic institution similar to Salvation Army). It metaphorically represents the beginning of Ryts Monet & Valentina Sanna’s collaboration. The dress symbolizes the desecration of the Christian expectations for a bride to be: purity and therefore virginity. Furthermore, many items of daily utility give life to an object of unique symbolical value, a very private and intimate situation is revealed as underneath the petticoat appears a lustful and cheerful orgy.
