→ Recycled Posters 50 x 70 cm, vector technique, hand-made silkscreen, performance in Venice.
The artist’s endeavour was aimed at spreading propaganda posters around Venice -as a form of guerrilla marketing- to evoke the consequences of BP’s oil disaster. He created numerous images with sarcastic messages and covered the city with recycled posters, which came from a car wash belonging to the notorious oil multinational. A rich photographic documentation shows the performance and its consequences. Several T-shirts (sponsored by Replay - a clothing brand) bearing the same graphics as the posters, have also been hand printed.
